Calendar of the Week Competition on QOOP (“Contest”) starts on Oct. 7, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PST”) and is ongoing until stated here on the contest blog (“Contest Period”). There will be (1) weekly Winner and (2) Honorable Mentions.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, visit www.qoop.com (“Contest Site”) and create a Calendar with your images. At the Preview screen, click on Add to myQOOP button to create a listing for your Calendar in your QOOP store. Once you have saved the Calendar, send the link of the Calendar (Entry) to mike@qoop.com. All Entries will receive a confirmation e-mail. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT Sunday to be considered for the current weekly contest. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Limit three (3) Entries per person per weekly contest. Entries received from any person or email address or household in excess of the limitation will be void.

If you cannot submit your Entry via e-mail, you can post a link to your calendar listing (Entry) here as a comment on this Page and it will be entered into the current competition.

QOOP Self Publishing Contest set to begin on April 1st.

After the overwhelming response to our Photo Calendar Contest that wrapped up in December, we have decided to have a new contest for Self Publishing on QOOP.

We set up a separate blog for the contest and you’ll be able to see some of the entrants here in the next few weeks:

I can’t get my flickr photos all into QOOP?

Once in a while we get a question from a flickr user who has used QOOP in the past to print photos but are having some trouble doing it now with the new layout on QOOP. Some users are starting a photo store in the process and end up using the link to import (50) flickr photos at a time into QOOP for selling. While that is a good way to utilize QOOP as well, it’s not really feasible for users with hundreds of thousands of photos on flickr.
